The truth is, I only found Elford Floral Design because the first florist I tried to order from made the checkout process so complicated for someone ordering from outside Canada that I gave up and looked elsewhere. Luckily for me I found Elford Floral Design. The ordering process was refreshingly simple, and they had exactly the kind of small arrangement I was looking for. The flowers were delivered on the promised day and were very much appreciated by the birthday girl. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy and stress-free. This was a get well gift for my Aunt. The order was delivered when requested, the flowers are fresh and comparable to the photo. My aunt was delighted. I would certainly use Elford Floral again. A positive experience.
